Does anyone know a good company that does commercial floor waxing? It's for an office in the centre of the city, preferably not too expensive, but ehh what can you do.

Yesterday, a guy hit my car while I was parallel parking and it ripped off my entire bumper and my left light. Can anyone recommend a good, honest and relatively cheap place for purchase of parts and repairs? Preferably in the NDG area but further away is fine too, lucky for me the damages to the car are only "cosmetic" so I could still drive...

My dad gave me his old Solvil et Titus watch that doesn't have a battery, so it should technically wind itself. However, it isn't working and has been sitting in a basement for 20+ years. I took it to the Bay and they wanted $225 to clean it ( Read more... )

I'd like to hire someone to paint my apartment, fix a broken bed and repair some chairs. Can anyone recommend someone who does a good job and won't charge a fortune? I had just such a person (he did excellent work and charged $25/hr) but he no longer does these things.

So the zipper on my trusty MEC backpack died this week and I'd like to get it fixed. The problem is, the places here in Verdun want to charge me $1 per inch, or almost $40 total.
